The farm cider is obtained from 4 varieties of cider apples. The apples are harvested and pressed immediately.
The juice thus recovered ferment naturally transforming sugar into alcohol and gas bubbles.
The result is a cider of character with a flavor marked by the chosen blend. It is usually half dry between sweet and raw.

Champagne does not only produce champagne, there are also some non-sparkling red wines, which will delight lovers in search of discovery. Beautiful pinot noir wine.

A renowned vintage of the Pic Saint Loup appellation, the grand cuvée is bursting with substance and structure. A beautiful golden colour. Aromas of honey and dried fruit.

Montfalette is a pure expression of schist, at the same time intense, spicy, complex but with an incredible freshness on the finish. A great wine to keep in the cellar!

Raúl Acha accidentally discovered the vineyard of La Garnacha Perdida del Pirineo and fell in love with this subtle high altitude Grenache.

Jourde blanc is a surprising blend, a wine made from a mosaic of grape varieties.
The style is delicate, the acidity is good, and the result makes you salivate. This wine is still young but very promising.

The attack is frank, followed by a persistent and silky finesse of the grain. The small red and black fruits are brilliant on the nose and in the mouth.
A perfect balance!

Together with the vineyards of La Garnatxa Fosca del Priorat, this Grenache wine reflects the minerality of the soils and the Mediterranean influence.

Faugères of good maturity but fresh and fruity, with silky tannins and a nicely peppery finish.

Be careful, it's a UFO! An unidentified Vinic Object. This wine comes from a complantation, predominantly pre-phylloxera vines and grape varieties that have sometimes almost disappeared.
