The field of Hortus, owned by the family Orliac is installed in the valley between the Pic Saint Loup and Hortus near Valflaunès. Syrah and Mourvedre dominate Grenache aged in barrels for aging allows for great wines. The winery and cellar wood are built in a beautiful setting amidst the pines. The wines produced are references to the name Pic Saint Loup. Jean Orliac constantly looking concentrated fruit and purity.
