Le Mas Gabriel is a small area of 6 hectares located Caux belonging to Deborah and Peter Core.
The soil consists of Villefranchien gravel, silt and basalt. The vineyard is surrounded by trees and vegetation which maintains a well-balanced and healthy ecosystem.
All their work in organic farming is geared towards one goal: to produce excellent wines that reflect their unique terroir.
The soils are fertilized with cow manure decomposed in the fall, the vineyards are treated with herbal decoctions.
Some essential stages of their work are scheduled according to the lunar calendar, such as planting new varieties, the harvest days and bottling.
