A true adventurer of natural taste, Laurent Cazottes expresses the quintessence of the fruits and flowers he picks in a land cultivated in organic farming, under the Nature & Progress label and with Biodynamic practices.

Heir to the know-how of a mobile boiler, he seeks, in the work of his spirits, to combine tradition and respect for nature in order to produce the best possible quality.

The alliance of this ancestral know-how and a modern approach in an organic environment allows its eaux-de-vie, aperitifs and liqueurs to express the quintessence of the aromas specific to the fruits or flowers from which they come.

Here are cultivated 600 "Williams" pear trees, 200 "Reine Claude Dorée" plum trees and vines of pink mauzac, prunelart and folle noire. Everything is in organic farming, the Cazottes estate is certified by "Nature et Progrès".

From a titanic work entirely done by hand, the specialties from Domaine Cazottes have caught the attention of the greatest chefs, for their scent and their authentically pure taste.

The next step in the recreation of the family heritage was taken in 2010 with the relaunch of a family tradition of 12 generations: wine production.
The first wines bottled were the 2010 vintages of Adèle (mauzac rose) and Rackam (jurançon noir), bottled in 2011. The current portfolio of wines includes 8 different labels.
