Gustave Fayet and his descendants - 20th and 21st century
In 1910, Gustave Fayet acquired Peyrat. Known as a wine owner, but also as a patron, painter and collector of works of art such as Gauguin, Redon, Van Gogh, Picasso ... We owe in particular to Gustave Fayet the rediscovery of the frescoes of the Peyrat chapel which had were plastered at the time of Pierre de Juvenel and the restoration of the abbey of Fontfroide near Narbonne.

The color is straw yellow. The nose is fruity, floral with notes of freshly cut grass. In the mouth the wine with good vivacity.
