This Chablis Côte aux Prêtres cuvée takes its name from the parcel on which the vines are planted, near an old pilgrimage route leading to Vézelay to reach St-Jacques de Compostelle. It is located on the top of a hillock facing west. Its gentle slope is exposed to a small permanent wind and is composed of Kimmeridgian limestone scree and decomposed soils that release many minerals.

100% chardonnay.

A seductive wine with an expressive nose of white fruits and a fresh, mineral and complex palate. This Chablis delivers a very greedy frame with pastry notes, quince and lemon zest. A wine with an assertive personality, distinguished by its fine salinity, maturity and concentration.
