It was founded by winemaker oenologist, Jean-Marie HERAIL.
S.A.S. HERAIL has four activities:
- winemaking advice and the role of intermediary in the distribution of wines in bulk,
 - the sale of wines to the cellar The Nose in the Glass to individuals,
- the distribution of wines and spirits with wine merchants, and professionals of cafes, hotels, restaurants,
  - the animation of tasting evenings and discoveries of wines at the store, at private and professional levels.

The concept of selling wines online.
The online store Le Nez dans le Verre is an extension of the cellar and the tasting room since 1999, which can be found at 13, rue Paul Guery, ZAC des Rodettes in PEZENAS. Such. : 04 67 09 47 67
 We offer a selection of fine wines from Languedoc Roussillon, and some fine bottles of Côtes du Rhône chosen according to our routes between vineyards and scrubland.

With our stock of more than 12,000 bottles we can react immediately to the requests made to us and offer you the possibility to mix your orders according to your wishes.
An order placed during the day can leave the following morning, for a delivery the next day by chronopost, colissimo or carrier.
The Nose in the Glass is one of the only online shops that has a real showcase with an existing store and customers who have tasted and enjoyed the products we sell at tasting evenings.
