     Tasting :
Light golden yellow with green highlights. The nose is very expressive on exotic aromas, lemon, flowers, with a plant key.
The mouth is very pleasant on the same impressions.
Beautiful long, fresh finish.

    Wine Style:
Floral white wine, dry

    Food pairing:
Octopus salad with Basquaise.
Dab at beurrre hazelnut.

    Potential:
3-5 years in your cellar.
