Established in Béziers, a wine merchant created in 2010 by the oenologist Fabien Gross, son of a winegrower from the Haut-Rhin who became a "blender and breeder of French wines". Present in various vineyards in the country, it aims at haute couture creations and ready-to-consume wines, capable of conquering international markets.
Organic certification has been obtained. The Pierre Chavin range is the emblem of the house and benefits from a very particular care in its elaboration.

It can accompany a whole meal and is very much appreciated with exotic and spicy cuisine.
We also recommend it as an aperitif with some tapas.
