The nose is a real basket of wild fruit that explodes in the glass. The spices of the Syrah evolve and there are definite Mediterranean notes: figs, prunes, herbs from the garrigue (thyme, rosemary, juniper, etc.). The palate is long and pure. The soft tannins give way to a fresh, sapid finish. Fearsome elegance!
