This Muscat is produced on a vineyard north of Minervois.
At an altitude of 200 meters, the soils are very poor was mainly limestone.

       Grape:
Muscat petit grain.

       Tasting Notes:
Shiny gold dress.
Discreet nose of flowers and almonds.
Orange and honey on the palate. A crisp Muscat!

Sweet wine ideal as an aperitif.

Foie gras Caussade hint of pepper.
