The Bohème cuvée is made from vines originally planted in the 1950s and 1960s to make natural sweet wine.
Grape varieties:
50% grenache gris and 50% maccabeu
Tasting notes:
Beautiful freshness for this southern wine, roundness and very good length in the mouth carried by the fruit alcohol, notes of white flowers, brioche and and a touch of fennel. The Grenache gris provides tannins with a nice bitterness. A wine with great personality.

Opulent and rich dry white wine.
Food and wine pairing:
Blanquette of monkfish with saffron. Fillet of red mullet just seared, aubergine confit and beef heart tomato.
