A rare wine from a single plot planted with 4 grape varieties, old vines planted in 1936 at an altitude of 300 m, facing south-east, protected from the setting sun.
Grape varieties :
85% grenache gris, 5% grenache blanc, 5% carignan blanc, 5% carignan gris
Direct pressing, fermentation in barrels, aged 8 months on lees, stirring of the lees every day during fermentation and then once a week until December.
Bottled in the spring.

Barlande is delicate with notes of acacia and white fruit. The palate is both full and fresh, with fine bitters on the finish. This wine has a sharp profile, a lovely saline allure and a beautiful finish of pebbles and white pepper.
