Named after the name of the winemaker's cow, it is the estate's main cuvée. Accessible young, it allows you to wait for the development of the large plot vintages.

Grape varieties:

Grenache noir, carignan and mourvèdre.

Tasting Notes:

Vinified separately, each terroir and each grape variety brings here its delicate touch to ultimately develop a red wine with personality, reflecting the diversity of the Roussillon terroirs. Ruby red color. Nose with subtle notes of violets and fruity notes. On the palate, ripe black fruits. Unveiling a full texture, it is quite supported on the finish by patinated tannins. A tender and sappy flesh which provides intense pleasure.
