Tasting Notes:
The color is bright and very young with its purple reflections. The nose is complex, floral, marked by violet, peony and iris. The palate is tasty and racy, with a nice deep mineral freshness with sharp tannins in their youth which should become fine and silky after one or two years.

Elegant and racy red wine.
Food and wine :
Sweetbread lacquered in spicy red wine, a mishmash of seasonal vegetables. Lamb tagine with candied lemon.
