Tasting Notes:

A highness with a beautiful aromatic complexity (brioche, white flowers, peach, nashi pear). Expressive notes of acacia and honeysuckle, a lovely fruity, floral and citrus freshness. The palate presents a good chew, ample and honeyed, rich, mineral and balanced. Beautiful finish with subtle notes of mint and fresh almonds supported by the delicate bitterness of high origin highnesses. An exceptional Roussette!

Light and lively white wine.

Trout cannelloni with ricotta, citrus zest and timut pepper. Mediterranean octopus salad, grilled nori seaweed and citrus vinaigrette.
