This white wine represents the very essence of Cassis, its geology, its terroirs and its traditional winemaking methods. Produced with indigenous yeasts, and bottled without fining or filtration, it fully expresses the terroir from which it is made.
Grape varieties:
45% marsanne, 25% ugni blanc, 20% clairette and 10% bourboulenc.
Average age of the vines: 30 - 40 years.
Tasting notes :
Bright, golden colour with light green highlights. Fine nose evoking white flowers and vine peaches. The palate is complex with freshness. Iodized finish with light elegant bitters.
