Bright and deep, the color of this IGP wine is of a slightly garnet ruby hue. The smoky and violet notes are revealed with some hints of pepper characteristic of the grape variety. Aromas of blackcurrant, blackberries and cherries bring sweetness to the nose. The attack on the palate is powerful with a full texture and a mid-palate characterized by incredible minerality which translates into great freshness. The palate presents a superb balance structured by fine and elegant tannins. Long and spicy finish which places this wine at the level of the greatest Saint-Joseph!
