Vegetables picked from the vegetable garden.

Tomato and basil are among those products that we like summer when they taste.

I harvest them well fleshy, then stuffed with a combination of rice, pesto and crushed almonds and lift them up from a pink garlic tip of Lautrec.

Naturally, I cook them watered with fragrant virgin olive oil, from the mill of Clermont-l-Herault.

The summer dish is accompanied by a cheerful red wine, on strawberry flavours, frank and toned.
