This cuvée is made from a blend of Malbec and Jurançon Noir, a cross between Folle Blanche and Malbec. The vines are on average 50 years old and are planted on a terroir with a clay-limestone subsoil.
Grape varieties:
70% jurançon noir and 30% malbec.
Tasting Notes:
A nose with notes of raspberry, cherry. On the palate, a wine of medium structure and maximum freshness on silky and greedy red fruits, spicy.
