From the small distillery in Carbet, Profil 105 is a real favourite.
Full of grace and bewitching, one can't guess its young age when tasting it, as it shows exceptional accuracy.
While amber wines are traditionally aged in old bourbon casks, Neisson has chosen to acquire new casks for the production of this cuvée. Perfectionist and demanding, the distillery has carried out numerous trials with oaks of different origins and toasting profiles. Toasting profile no. 105, whose characteristics are exclusive to Neisson, was chosen.
Tasting comments:
Nose: intense with slightly spicy citrus notes, roasted coffee and country apricot.
Palate: complex and mellow, spicy (cinnamon, nutmeg), with notes of liquorice and fresh cane.
Finish: long and balanced.
