Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is characterised by a beautiful pale yellow colour with golden and green highlights.
The fine effervescence is persistent.
On the nose, the bouquet is intense, revealing aromas of fresh fruit such as citrus and exotic fruits reminiscent of pineapple.
After aeration, floral aromas emerge, with notes of lime blossom followed by white peach.
On the palate, the attack is supple.
The palate is round and harmonious.
It delights the palate with its voluptuous texture, supported by a lovely freshness.
The finish is mineral.
