Bodega de Bardos is a Spanish winery located in the prestigious Ribera del Duero appellation, in the heart of the Burgos and Soria plateaus. Founded in 2004 by the Vintae wine group, the project pays tribute to the men and women who devote their lives to viticulture in one of Spain’s most demanding wine-growing regions.

The Bardos vineyard stretches across the Páramos de Corcos, an area situated at an altitude of between 900 and 1,000 metres. The extreme climatic conditions, characterised by dry summers and harsh winters, encourage the grapes to ripen slowly, resulting in wines of great freshness with a strong sense of place.

The estate’s philosophy centres on making the most of old Tempranillo vines (Tinta del País), some of which are over 80 years old. The grapes are harvested by hand, and winemaking favours a traditional approach to preserve the expression of the terroir and the authenticity of the grapes.

Bodega de Bardos produces a range of wines renowned for their balance between power and elegance. Iconic wines such as Bardos Viñedos de Altura, Moradillo de Roa, Villálvaro and Suprema showcase the diversity of the soils and microclimates of Ribera del Duero.

Beyond wine production, the estate is committed to rural development through the Bardos Project, an initiative supporting female entrepreneurship in rural Spain.
