Open a bottle of champagne in a small corner of Paradise!

Last summer, we had a visit from a Canadian client who was not inspired, wanting to bring back to her boyfriend a bottle representing French wines.

I suggested that she take a bottle of Champagne Hervé Mathelin.

Its "cuvée reserve", a champagne with fine bubbles, on notes of brioche bread and dried fruits, withbust enough roundness in the final.
