Between tradition and modernity
Between tradition and modernity. The cork stopper or screw cap.
Easily I enjoy opening a bottle of wine in the kitchen while the pans heat and prepare for dinner.
Depending on the menu, this evening I opt for a young white wine.
The first nose gives off a strong smell of cork. What a disappointment.
So cork cap or screw cap?
The hexagonal customer is too traditional. It does not support opening a bottle of wine like lemonade but tolerates synthetic caps.
Anglo-Saxons perfectly accommodate screw cap and Germans use it for their rieslings.
Under no circumstances is it a matter of classifying wines by their method of filling.
A glass stopper is not always intended for a prestigious wine. But to have a more modern consumer approach to flexible and easy wine ranges.
And have so much wine to sink.
