Tokay pinot vintage grey 1989

Opening a bottle of an old vintage patiently kept for several years in its cellar is always an event, full of doubts, as to the condition of its cork and its preservation.

To surprise my niece, I opened a tokay pinot grey, quintessence of noble grains from her year of birth, namely 1989.

Good condition of the stopper. Small deposit at the bottom of the bottle.
In the glass its dress is always clear of a beautiful copper color.
The nose develops aromas of quince paste, orange and saffron.
Seductive in mouth, sweet and velvety. Harmonious, despite a rather short finish.
Not a wrinkle, a treat.

A rare, fascinating and very feminine wine.
