This 100% Pinot Meunier Grand Cru champagne comes from a parcel of the locality "Les Epinettes" and was vinified and aged in oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
The color is deep yellow, the bubbles are fine and regular. The nose is powerful and rich, revealing fruity aromas and notes of dried fruits, nuts, hazelnuts, almonds and brandy fruits, rich and powerful aromas. Very nice vinosity on the palate, a richness and a smoothness which provide a beautiful gluttony. Freshness and minerality bring a nice tension in the mid-palate as well as a very pleasant slight salinity on the finish.
