A southern and elegant wine.

Coming mainly from old grenache vines on Villafranchian terraces of the ancient quaternary (stones and pebbles rolled as in Châteauneuf-du-Pape), vinified in Burgundy, this wine is delicate and deep, racy and elegant.

Grapes:
Black Grenache (80%) on villafranchien, carignan (15%), syrah (5%)

Tasting notes:
Intense black cherry on the nose, generous and delicate texture, blackcish, liquorice, garrigue, racy and smoky notes.

Delicate and complex red wine

Segala veal rib with ceps and black garlic, can of Honey Barbary and sweet spices
