Tasting Notes:

Cabretta is a great success from Faugères in white. Its nose develops on notes of white fruit (pear), candied orange, fresh butter and dried herbs. On the palate, this wine of great precision combines very nice fruit and deep freshness. The whole is based on a beautiful ample material. Superb length for this great gastronomic wine.

Aumônière de Saint-Jacques and fennel with black cardamom. Free-range veal roulade with gorgonzola and walnuts.
