Tasting Notes:
Aged for five years in oak barrels, this wine has a sweet fruity flavor with hints of cinnamon and a great depth of fruit. Intense aromas of dried fruits, especially figs, nuts and hints of caramel. A rich and spicy wine with a mellow and ripe finish reminiscent of a Christmas pudding. Long finish with, as always in Madeira, a very nice refreshing acidity.

Mille feuilles with lemon, verbena emulsion, crunchy mountain honey. Crab gratin with coconut milk, ginger and peppers.
