The area is divided Gardiés two soils, shales on the Espira Agly and clay-limestone on Vingrau under the cliffs.
Jean Gardiés has precept to respect the land and nature, most of the work is carried out first in the vineyard.
Year after year the wines are silky, smooth and pure.

       Grapes:
40% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 20% Carignan, Mourvèdre 5%
Ageing 50% in half barrels and barrels of two wines.
