It is in southern Ireland that the most exciting project in recent years takes shape, under the impulse of a charismatic burned head. There, on an estuary that repels the assaults of the sea, Mark Reynier decided to put the barley back into the center of the whisky, to extract the taste and the terroir in a crazy quest that was said to be impossible. And since it was impossible, he did it.

Using 100% Irish barley, recognized as the most qualitative in the world, the "Single Farm Origin" range is a series of limited editions of natural whiskies from the ultra pointed source that reveal the Irish terroir firm by farm, place by place.
They are an expression of precision and rarity, revealing the flavours and flavours of barley from small Irish farms that vary from harvest to harvest.

Each bottle of whisky Waterford has breaking innovation code terrier. In parallel to the single malt range "Single Farm Origin" each from a unique terroir, Mark Reynier launches an assembly of terroirs: The Cuvée. Regrouping whiskies from 25 different farms, this traffic is much more than a sum, it is a single malt of a very complex, reflecting the identity of each terroir, like the great wines of the Bordelais.
The approach of traceability and transparency characteristic of Waterford it is at its peak with The Cuvée, since it is possible to trace the path of each of the "Single Farm Origins" in its composition.
