Traditional ambiance around the unbeatable gilded leg, some cloves of garlic, the serpole of the Nizas garrigue and a strand of laurel and rosemary.
The Southern cuisine!
On the cellar side, I have two bottles that stand out to start.
Montpezat Chichery , an assembly of typical Languedoc grape varieties with aromas of garrigue and ripe red fruits.
And finally.
The Château La Grave Figeac Saint-Emilion Grand Cru deep ruby dress, broad nose with smooth and fruity notes, full-bodied, structured, strong tannins, good material.
What's for sure is that we're going to enjoy it!
