It is the love of Chablis that punctuates the life of Tremblay for 5 generations. Patiently, Gerard, his wife Helen and their children, Vincent and Eleonore exploit over 37 hectares of Chablis including 10 in first Crus among other Lechet Coast, Fourchaume, Beauroy.
Always precursor and committed to the quality of its wines, the Tremblay family produces wines of Chablis very typical with characteristic flavors of their terroirs, where the mineral side mingles with the scents of white flowers.
On some vintages Chablis Tremblay can be greedy in their youth while keeping the aging potential where the wines evolve on soft almond notes, toast, undergrowth
