Champagne Jeeper

Maison Champagne Jeeper has its roots in the 18th century but really begins during the Second World War.
The Maison Jeeper, dating from the 18th century, experienced a real upheaval in 1949 (return of the Second World War), Armand Goutorbe, son of winegrowers, decided to develop and market his own Champagne. After the Second World War, Armand Goutorbe returned from the front in his native Champagne with a disability. He who fought alongside American soldiers, now roams the vineyard behind the wheel of a Willys Jeep. A distinctive sign which earned it a small reputation and encouraged it, to stand out from other Goutorbe in the region, to baptize its own brand of champagne “Jeeper”.

Today the House is run by Nicolas Dubois, an oenophile and passionate, and Michel Reybier's group, both of whom will develop the image, quality and notoriety of this beautiful House.
They create a bottle of a singular shape, stocky, a bit vintage, easy to store (a bottle the size of a half-bottle, etc.), and organize a coherent range, tightened around six vintages. Four are on the market today, the other two are still waiting in the cellars. Each obeys a "color code" and a very well thought out positioning.
