The Treille estate is situated near Saint-Hilaire, surrounded by woods and moorland within the Limoux appellation.
The Chardonnay is vinified with precision, whilst respecting the soil and local traditions.
The grapes are harvested by hand and meticulously sorted during picking to ensure only the finest bunches are selected.
They are then vinified and matured in barrels in the style of Burgundy white wines.
This gives the wine its smooth and elegant character.
