Aged for 9 months in small oak barrels.

Tasting notes:

This wine reveals a particularly charming nose which oscillates between notes of nuts and sweet spices. The attack in the mouth is fresh and mineral, with a magnificent floral side, supported by a beautiful vivacity. The finish is long.

Aromatic and flavourful white wine.

Food and wine pairing:

Grilled sole with citron butter and sautéed green asparagus. Gravlax of trout with macvin, coriander jelly and black garlic croutons.
