This cuvée comes from vines planted on Miocene limestone and basalt in the Pézenas appellation area (Languedoc).
Grape varieties :
50% Cinsault and 50% Grenache noir,
Organic and biodynamic growing methods.
Short maceration (4-5 days).

A very pretty nose with aromas of redcurrant and red fruits. The palate is fresh, supple and greedy.
