Grape varieties:

80% syrah, 20% black grenache

Tasting Notes:

The color is purple with brilliant reflections. The intense nose is marked by jammy black fruits (blackcurrant, blueberry), garrigue (cistus, cade, sage), roasted mocha and a nice woody note. The palate, round, structured by melted tannins is remarkable
of scale. On the palate, we find aromas marked by brandy sour cherry, black liquorice, ginger, toast and precious wood. A typical wine from Minervois, one of the most beautiful terroir in Languedoc.

Wine style:

Full-bodied red wine for keeping.

Food and wine :

Duckling fillet tournedos and parsnip mousseline with cocoa nibs. Bresse poultry, braised butternut, chanterelles and purple carrots.
