A minervois with an expressive nose of pepper and violet. Seductive aromas of black olive and garrigue dress red and black fruits enhanced with scents of freshly ground black pepper. A wine that expresses all the charm and typicity of Syrah but which is complemented by the solar notes of ripe Grenache.

Black mountain wild boar stew and black Lucca olives. Squab fillet, offal in a sarcophagus, chanterelles sauteed in duck fat.
