With a dark cherry color, this wine reveals a sustained density. The complex nose presents notes of roasting, spices, cherry and undergrowth. The palate is silky and very balanced with a very discreet oakiness. Resolutely Burgundian style for this Languedoc wine.
Do not hesitate to decant this wine which will gradually open up with aeration.
