Anatole is the name of the second son of the estate.

The spirit of this wine is to have a great aromatic richness and concentration that comes from the fruit left for 5 to 6 weeks in maceration. For this cuvée, it is the fine tannic structure that guides the selection of the grapes used in the blend. The Syrah comes from a 0.5 hectare plot reserved for this cuvée.

Grape varieties:

75% syrah, 20% carignan and 5% grenache noir

Tasting notes:

Round, concentrated, balanced and long on the palate, with ripe fruit and spice. It deserves to be opened in advance or aerated to express its qualities to the full.
