The field is located around the village of Calce adjacent to Domaine Gauby on shale hills.

       Grapes:
Maccabeu, Grenache Blanc and Gris.

      Vinifiaction:
Fermentation and breeding take place in new barrels, one or two wines for eight to ten months.
Some is even made half barrels of 600 liters.

       Tasting Notes:
Clear yellow color, develops fine and complex aromas.
The wide and long palate with a tangy finish.
 
      Style of wine:
White fine wine and mineral.

     Agreement puts and wine:
Small squid grilled with olive tapenade.
