100% vermentino (Rolle).

Tasting Notes:

Clear and white gold color. Fine nose with a floral character, precise, with aromas of white fruits, pear and at the same time citrus fruits, boxwood in bloom, a bit of flint… On the palate, lively and very close to the grape, without artifice, good length!
Wine style:

Aromatic and tasty white wine.

Food and wine :

Sweetbread smoked with hay and seasonal Mediterranean vegetables. Turbot cooked on the bone, lemon butter with garrigue flavors.
