The base of this artisanal Languedoc vermouth is a dry white wine made from roussanne and vermentino. Lana and Sunshine set out to produce a dry (low sugar) vermouth that evokes the south of France.
They harvest wild plants in the Languedoc scrubland and source organically grown fruit from the region.
This dry white vermouth has a beautiful golden colour and is very tempting in its square bottle.
On the nose, it offers a classic citrus profile thanks to the citron.
On the palate, it opens up with an aromatic palette of citrus peel and freshly picked plants, with marked balsamic notes.
The slightly bitter base of citrus peel brings balance to the whole.
A vermouth with a frank, dry taste and a beautiful intensity.
