Deep straw yellow shimmering color with big tears. Extremely complex nose with lots of minerality, floral accents and fully ripe white stone fruits. Refined taste palette with a perfect balance between superb acidity and the extreme finesse of the very ample aftertaste.

Roasted scallops, white butter with Pantelleria capers. Grilled black pork chop with branches, apricot chutney and candied apples.
