It is not necessarily easy to find yourself in the variety of grape varieties of Spanish wine appellations.

After a few months of research and tasting, we selected three wines that are attractive to particularly aromatic profiles, with floral notes, precise, delicate and sweet.

White wines come from northwest of the peninsula at more than reasonable prices.

Albarino, the king of Galicia grape variety, produces a maritime wine with aromas of green apple and lemon that perfectly accompanies the shell and in small degrees.

Godello, a grape grown in high altitude on shale and granite soils, with a few months of rearing in barrels, develops aromas of very ripe dried fruits, with a light and mineral body.

The verdejo grape variety rhymes with the appellation Rueda.
With a straw-yellow dress, with a nose of white fruit, lemon, fresh and balanced, it ends on a hint of fennel and expresses itself on a miller sole.
