Laurent Fournier cultivates 16 hectares of vines on the prestigious terroirs of Marsannay and Gevrey-Chambertin. After having been a pioneer in the field of integrated farming, the Domaine Jean Fournier switched to organic farming in 2008.
The Domaine Jean Fournier is one of the most qualitative domains of the Côte d'Or. It is the result of a new generation, full of talent and "organic" in the soul.

The nose is dominated by notes of white fruits. The attack is fresh, tense and saline notes enhance its delicate fruitiness in the mouth. The aromatic persistence is disturbing, so much so that it extends into a chiseled finish.
