Although not specified on the label, this cuvée comes exclusively from the "Aux Corvées" parcel, which lies to the south of Gevrey-Chambertin, flirting with the 1er crus on a relatively flat and rich area of disparate stone scree on deep soil, adjacent to the "Brunelle". Here the Pinot grapes, on a plot of 2.33 hectares, are grown biodynamically.

The finesse of the bouquet expresses itself on small red fruits raised by spices in an enchantment of fresh rose and liquorice nuances. A tender and suave palate seduces the palate with its intensity of ripe cherry, bordered by silky tannins giving birth to a lingering finish.
