Patiently, Gérard, his wife Hélène, and their children, Vincent and Eléonore, cultivate over 37 hectares of Chablis, including 10 hectares of Premier Cru vineyards such as Côte de Lechet, Fourchaume, and Beauroy.

Always pioneers and committed to the quality of their wines, the Tremblay family produces distinctive Chablis wines with aromas characteristic of their terroirs, where minerality blends with scents of white flowers.

In certain vintages, Chablis Tremblay wines can be luscious in their youth while retaining their aging potential, developing notes of sweet almonds, toast, and forest floor.
Growing from Portlandian limestone soils, Petit Chablis is fruitier than other Chablis appellations, while maintaining a touch of minerality, typical of its vineyard.
